Tough company to work for - Junior FX TD ReDefine Employee Review

Supervisors were very incompetent and will call you multiple times throughout the day as a junior - leading you to feel obligated to do work that is beyond your means. Unrealistic turnarounds and lots of "Voluntary overtime". Incredibly unclear feedback with multiple people (leads, Supes and HODs) all having a say in what you should be doing despite all of their feedback contradicting each other. Shots constantly sent to India to be worked on and inevitably get sent back months later and you are expected to undo their mistakes in a matter of days.
