We've been working towards a more flexible time off practice that also allows team members to fully disconnect and recharge. We just rolled out an updated paid time off policy for 2021 :)

Impact-Driven Work – I loved seeing how Re:Coded empowers students. Watching the students’ journey and growth was inspiring.
People-focused approach - I loved how the team were built and connected and putted first, they were amazing for the people and for their students.
Cons
I didn’t encounter significant issues, but every collaboration has room for improvement. I just wished we continue and challenge the future.
