Pros
You will make some life long friendships with some amazing people (coworkers).
Cons
There’s probably not enough space for me to write what I need to say. The upper management is a joke, the CEO is rude and I absolutely cannot believe the way he talks to people. The president has no clue what she’s doing. The rest of upper management work as the presidents puppets. Everyone is terrified of her. The turnover rate is very high- I saw many many people come and go. They’ll hire you, work you like a dog, and cut you when they’re through. They don’t care about their staff and will make you do the work of 3 people. There is a lot of favoritism- the design team, and the marketing teams. They always had the best (even when they didn’t need it) while everyone else had to make due on ancient equipment. The money management is terrible, they care only about aesthetics rather than functionality and efficiency. No raises, but you’ll get a review (of course they can’t miss the opportunity to tell you what YOU can do better). It is very depressing overall.
