Pros
If you like this sort of thing… getting moved around a lot into multiple projects for short periods at a time, which they call "tasking."
Cons
Raytheon is a company to stay away from: badly organized, continually "reorganizing", no culture, bad communication from upper mgt, very uninvolved HR, and WAY too much continuous required "training" (annoying internal web-based coursework usually related to company policy, standards procedures, ethics, security, etc). They all pretend to be professional, when they really are not. There’s also a lot of “rumor mills”, plus “back stabbing” if you don’t kowtow. You need to always be ready to “CYA.” They terminated me due to problems that mgt had with my age vs experience, my medical issues, and leave I took, but they used the phrase “didn’t “meet expectations.”
