Pros
I spent around four years at Raytheon and gained titles, experience and knowledge needed to launch my career. I enjoyed some challenges and some engineers I worked with
Cons
The culture is dominated by toxic union culture, I cant even move a box without making sure union rep was there to do it for me. Unproductive and lazy causing motivated young employees to follow lead. Management structure is terrible so hopefully you get a great manger. Promotion/professional development are HORRIBLE. High performers are leveraged and not paid while lazy senior members make triple the amount and you will ned to fight for real pay increases. Got a 70% Pay bump when I left for another company
