Pros
Ravelin has an incredible culture, with a very active social calendar and loads of employee benefits. They’re flexible and manage to maintain a startup feel to the company whilst competing with huge companies in the industry.
Cons
There aren’t many really. Sometimes my hours can be long but I think that’s really down to me - nobody is checking my time and we’re judged on output, not time spent.
