Cons

- worst management, they take all the credit for your work. - no fair bonus unless you kissed the right "hand" - they simply don't renew your contact if one manager doesn't like you - you wont learn any new technology there they - they don't know their own product and keep making wrong decisions and blame the developers for it (they say they are a cooperate but they very much a very unstable startup )
