      Pros

      Great people to work with and excellent benefits package with very competitive salary.

      Cons

      Poor working relationships between account management and support staff. There is more of a CYA mentality rather than provide the best service to clients. Obvious favoritism from management towards some employees. The CEO can be abusive and petty. If there are issues he will fly off the handle rather than listen and find the root cause.
