      Competitive environment and relatively high salaries. A lot of training opportunities.

      Cons

      Well, frankly speaking I haven't come across any. Anything can be discessed and agreed on between the employees and the employer though sometimes this kind of negotiation requires additional efforts and may take longer than expected.

      Pros

      They take your money and then only bother applying to about 10 jobs a day.

      Cons

      One of the worst consultancies they have no real experience in helping people get jobs. All they do is randomly apply to about 15 jobs a day, with no strategy or value. Totally useless experience
