Pros
Relaxed environment, with managers who care about their employees well-being. Fairly easy access to upper management if an issue requires their attention. Fairly strong communication between departments. Great place to jump start a career in IT or Real Estate. Quiet office location outside of the hustle and bustle of downtown Los Angeles or San Fernando Valley. Family-style environment, with birthday, wedding, and childbirth celebrations a common occurrence. Low turnover rate in the IT departments. Managers understand the value of leaving an employee alone to work and achieve their goals rather than obsessing over "metrics". In terms of work environments, it doesn't get much better than this.
Cons
Due to low turnover rate, it was somewhat difficult to advance my career beyond a certain point. - this may not hold true for all departments or employees. Occasional unclear department rules regarding communication with other groups. The office location may be too far of a commute for some. Salary could be considered not competitive but this is negotiable, I'm sure.
