Pros
Coworkers were always so kind and the training manager at the Dowlen location was very wonderful to work with.
Cons
I honestly feel like I was considered less than human and my position there was small and unimportant, and I was easily replaceable. They also watch us from the cameras and expect us to always be moving, always be working. Oh, and we were never allowed to keep tips. I've encouraged customers to write complaints towards things that the management would ignore if I tried mentioning. Communication is bad, bad, bad. They cut hours and try explaining it through 2 or more people before word gets down to you on why you're working 10 or less hours that week. The staff seems to be taught different things. I found myself afraid to be working with a manager I don't usually work with in case I get written up for doing something another manager would find okay. It's constant walking on eggshells and stressing out.
