      apac colleagues are friendly and most are generally very willing to help.

      Cons

      messy structure, while they are looking to start improving things now but probablg will take 1-2 more years.

      Pros

      Steady work.. Overtime.. Decent pay after a few years.. Solid vacation package.. We get a ham at Christmas

      Cons

      Lay offs every year.. Always short staffed.. no lunch break.. only off on Sundays.. High benefits.. Took away our yearly bonus.. Took away our "weekly" production bonus.. Took away one of our federal holidays.. HR is a revolving door.. 4 plant managers in 4 years
