      I really enjoyed working at Randstad for years until a new, unqualified leader was placed in charge of my high performing team.

      Cons

      I will just say that within 1 year, the entire team had left (voluntarily or involuntarily) and it was entirely because of the new leader that was promoted to lead our team.

      Pros

      My manager was super supportive, kind, and a great leader. Working from home allowed me next level flexibility and incentivized me to work harder. Always got shoutouts in meeting for good performance.

      Cons

      Pay is a little low to begin with and you don't get paid for holidays in your probationary period.
