      Helping individuals find employment and growing your network with a ton of professionals

      Cons

      Low pay, revised comp plan to hurt the biggest direct hire players in the region, constantly changing upper management and this causes confusion and KPI’s always changing, very little career growth plans in certain lines of business and a lot of micromanaging
