Weekly pay, Pay over time if worked, PTO - minimum 2 weeks and will increase based on experience, Solid Immigration Department, Responsive technical recruiters if we generate a good rapport
Cons
Kick you out in 4 weeks if you did NOT find project, 401(k) Not very attractive, very poor in finding projects for redeployments, does NOT pay relocation for first assignment, very short projects (you may have to move every year almost)
