Pros
- Good for visa holders as their paper work is clean - Good work life balance (except some clients having poor work culture) - Will get few PTOs, better compared with other staffing companies - Reasonable pay - Most of their projects are long term
Cons
- Their share is around 30-40% of your billing rate, which is quite high - Health Insurance is very high - They terminate employees after 30 days in bench, so, not recommended for candidates with outdated technology backgrounds. - They arrange interviews after your project ends or terminated and you won't get immediate interviews. Your 30 days will be so nervous - No annual or biannual pay hike.
