They push metrics and quotas that are challenging and seem to encourage questionable practices to achieve goals. I have been recruiting for a long time and this was the worst experience I've had in staffing. If you are considering working here I would do your homework and really look at why so much turnover happens and maybe even reach out to former employees. You might gain some insight into the way they go about their business. I have worked at other top international staffing firms and this is by far the most unethical firm I have ever worked for hands down.
