      . It's a pile of mess you would not want to enter. It's a Monarchical set up with no structure or willingness to improve. Do not join this organization for your own good. Ramna runs it like a grocery store.

      My manager was super supportive, kind, and a great leader. Working from home allowed me next level flexibility and incentivized me to work harder. Always got shoutouts in meeting for good performance.

      Cons

      Pay is a little low to begin with and you don't get paid for holidays in your probationary period.
