      A lot of PTO Room for growth

      8am-5pm in office with rare flexibility Low commission structure Unrealistic goals from management Micromanagement Full desk with sales and recruiting but no time to recruit! If you are on PTO, management still calls you regardless if you planned everything ahead. Short staffed with sales team High turnover

      Pros

      My manager was super supportive, kind, and a great leader. Working from home allowed me next level flexibility and incentivized me to work harder. Always got shoutouts in meeting for good performance.

      Cons

      Pay is a little low to begin with and you don't get paid for holidays in your probationary period.
