Pros

Training was actually pretty decent (though it's a sink or swim environment). I went on two training trips: in Guatemala and New Orleans. There is some travel with this job and I really enjoyed that. I loved the retail industry and being soo hands on when it came to the design and sales. I leaned sooo much how the business works and I really liked working here.

Cons

The office is very beige and not inspiring it's also in Rosemont. Most of my coworkers were very basic and also "know it alls" (though I did make great friendships with some) upper management is immature and gossipy. The company went through BIG layoffs and also fire people often and frequently (mostly based if you don't fit in or upper management doesn't like you)

Pros

Really enjoy working within my team. Lots of challenges to solve but great work life balance and genuine people.

Cons

There is no cross coordination between business units resulting in constant internal failures Sales has unfortunately earned a negative reputation. They do not work well with others. Would like to see employees show more respect for their colleagues and how every business unit works together to meet our goals.
