I absolutely love my employer. He's amazing, kind, and just a really fun and motivating boss with great ethics.

Sometimes, I feel there needs to be more training in certain areas.

You will have nice coworkers.

They set goals so high that it is impossible to qualify for bonuses. If you should qualify, they complain about paying it. Then raise the bar higher. Don't fall for their BS lines of how much money you can make. It won't happen, which is why they have a revolving door for new hires.
