Constant ego battles between upper Management that make it extremely hard for employees to efficienty and effectively do their job.
Management had a tendency to combine multiple job positions into one leading to overwhelmed employees.
Over time bosses had higher less reasonable expectations as well less and less engagement and resentment taken out on other due to not moving into positions of their own aspirations.
