Pros

Working at Rally Credit Union has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my career. As the Vice President of Human Resources, I’ve had the privilege of witnessing firsthand how deeply our purpose—to Improve Lives and Drive Possibilities—is woven into everything we do. From the way we support our members to how we invest in our employees, Rally is more than just a workplace—it’s a community. Our leadership team is genuinely committed to creating opportunities for growth, innovation, and personal development. We don’t just talk about making a difference; we live it every day. What sets Rally apart is our people. We celebrate collaboration, encourage new ideas, and foster a culture where everyone’s voice matters. Whether you're just starting your career or looking to grow into a leadership role, Rally provides the development, resources and support to help you thrive. If you're looking for a place where your work has purpose and your contributions are valued, Rally Credit Union is the place to be. Pros: Purpose-driven mission that guides decision-making Strong leadership with a clear vision Opportunities for growth and development Competitive pay and benefits Great career opportunities 401K & tuition reimbursement

Cons

Saturday Work: Some roles may require Saturday shifts, which can be a challenge for those seeking a traditional Monday–Friday schedule. However, the organization does a great job of balancing this with flexibility and advance scheduling.

Pros

Collaborative and team oriented culture

Cons

Outdated mentality when it comes to remote work. Systems were also a bit antiquated. There’s an alternating 6 day week schedule which made work life balance difficult
