Pros
Not many. They used to have a good team, but they've all left at this point.
Cons
Unfortunately there is no way to tactfully say this because their actions are so extreme: they hire people to work for them until the employee figures out they're not going to get paid what they're supposed to. They make promises, excuses, and knowingly deceive the person to get as much work out of them as they can, but never intend to fully pay them. This has happened to at least 11 people that I know of so far. They make promises and sound very good but are actually liars.
