Rakuten Travel Xchange is a fantastic company to be part of. The leadership team is human, approachable, and genuinely prioritizes internal growth and development. There’s a lot of autonomy, and new ideas are always welcomed, especially when it comes to scaling the business internationally.
One of the highlights has been the cross-functional culture. A great example was the sales and supply business camp in Tokyo, which really showed how much the company values collaboration and teamwork.
