      Merit doesn't have value hiring by management reference all ex Oracle n spire technology employees Wasting interviewer and interviewee time as finally a referral candidate is hired even if not a fit Relieve early put meritorious people without reference on PIP to fire No projects but still hiring

      Pros

      Rakuten Rewards has great life balance. Too bad the economy was getting rocked.

      Cons

      Don't really have any cons. I understand that the market's been hard so had to downsize the force, so that was kinda challenging. Hopefully AI will increase everyone's output.
