      - Good culture and helpful people - Good salary - Free lunch/tea/coffee and snacks (only Wednesday) - No time bounding to clock 8-9 hours (it does extend this most of the time though)

      Cons

      - Work timings are not controlled, gets very late at times - Hectic schedule lots of time
