RaiseNow Response
2yDear X.,
Thank you for your review, even though it was not favorable for us. Your disappointment can be read from your lines. The decision to part with an employee is never an easy one to take.
Nevertheless, we take your critical feedback seriously because our employees and alumni and their satisfaction are essential to us.
Unfortunately, we can’t respond to all of your points in detail because of missing context. However, we would like to do this as far as possible.
- You are very dissatisfied with the management. We are happy to give a brief insight into our employee satisfaction survey, which we have been conducting for several years with a high number of participants. Last summer, top management improved again and received a high approval rating (93%) from survey participants when asked whether they are trustworthy and a good role model.
- We cannot confirm your statement about staff turnover. We are well below the benchmark, and staff turnover has fallen in the last six months.
- Also, mental health is important to us, which is why we gave team leads comprehensive training last year and provided our employees with information material to help them recognize early warning signs. We regularly track the workload overtime and constantly communicate with the team leads. We have also worked intensively on roles and responsibilities over the past year, ensuring clarity and transparency. Every team member can approach us in confidence if they suspect burnout.
An open feedback culture and open communication are very important to us, which is why we take your feedback seriously. To improve, and if you would like to talk in more detail about the reasons for your review, please contact us at hr@raisenow.com.
