Pros

RainTech has some of the best leadership that I have had the opportunity to partner with in my career. I've heard it said, that to be a great leader you must be a coach, a mentor, and an ally. Andrew Jahnke and his brother, daily exude these qualities to their employees. It is so important to the overall success of a person to have a leadership team that believes and supports the growth of their employees. They both have mentored me and helped me grow, coached me through challenging times, and have been my ally when I needed them. It is because of such great leadership that RainTech has hired the best MSP Team in the Springs! Each person is supportive and kind, and will go the extra mile, because each one of the people that work here value and prioritize 'people.' A great indicator is the turnover rate, especially within MSP's. Since I have begun working here, only two people have left, and we've hired seven new people in just a year's time! RainTech is growing and is only going to continue expanding.

Cons

Honestly, I do not have anything negative that I can contribute. While no employer is perfect, if I have cause for concern, I feel safe and heard so that I can approach my leadership and have a constructive conversation with the goal to find a solution together.

Pros

The company creates a welcoming and supportive environment. I felt at home from day 1. Leadership is approachable, benefits are excellent, and they support professional growth and work-life balance.

Cons

Transitioning from remote to in-office was an adjustment for me personally when I started here. The office environment is great it just took some time to get used to after so many years at home.
