The people who work here are all very nice and easy to speak to. I also find that other engineers are very accommodating and are willing to spend time ot help you learn new things.

I will say that work can sometimes be monotonous.

Employees' are friendly, collaborative, and willing to the extra mile for each other. Individual contributors have a healthy work life balance.

Managers have no work life balance and are expected to work all the time at the whim of executive management. Executives are demanding and are not providing adequate leadership to their managers. Culture has become toxic with an environment of finger pointing and blaming.
