      Pros

      Most middle management are good people trying their best. There’s good collab too. Flexible working.

      Cons

      Poor leadership, exec not great incl SLG and there’s no money. Basically a lot of blockers and stone walling but everyone stuck in an industry that’s in a mess.

      Good Benefits and great people to work with.

      Cons

      There is a lack of decision making from managers. Things tend to get escalated but not decision is ever taken in suitable time. Standard railway company too many loops in place to be able to drive change.
