Pros
Best for freshers as their management themselves called it as Training Institute. No defined profile Ex. Rs. 700 Crore company ask an accountant to give manufacturing instruction to production manager, shop floor & R&D manager.
Cons
Whatever salary they discuss during interview will reduce to half and they give half salary and rest half save in their account as Loyalty bonus, which you never get. Secondly politics like Hell, some directors themselves do not want company growth (they want personal gain only).
