Good start pay and good start job specially entry level management ( key holder). The coworkers are nice and management is usually helpful and polite.

Extremely high pressure on employes and unrealistic monthly quotas. I have seen 17 people come and gone in 7 months because they didn't reach their quota. The business has a lot of failures starting with products and prices and a really bad marketing plan. And still they blame you if you don't hit the monthly quota. You always feels like your job is unsafe and that you might get fire for not hitting quota every second even though is unrealistic quota. No fun environment to work and really boring most of the times for not having customers. The commission is a joke, they say is amazing but it's not. No place to grow. The owner is crazy!

The co-workers are very nice and helpful. They were the only one I could talk to without getting an ignorant look.

Very high pressure and extremely high monthly quota. If the sales numbers or especially the "add-ons" aren´t good you get yelled at and put in the "spotlight of failure". This business doesn't have a functional structure, not even close to a professional managment nor a real marketing plan (actually no markting plan). But still YOU get yelled at if you don´t reach the monthly quota. It is all about sales, sales, sales and cash in as much money as possible, never to make sure to have happy and well-being employees.
