Pros
Attractive first employer for fresh out of college, young teams. Varied clients, varied software systems make a good learning experience. Great image as non-profit focused, b-corp. Nice CEO.
Cons
Lack of appreciation for staff. Culture excludes some from feeling they are valued/respected. Senior accountants, managers need to engage employees, motivate to make it the great place it 'could' be. Experienced folks may not feel they fit in.
