Pros

Great and talented people in the team or other teams.

Cons

Disorganized everything from data to goals of various levels. Top-down changes the priorities all the time, and bottom level workers overworked from original tasks plus additional tasks randomly added. If the progress is really behind, some of them work weekends as well... Sometimes, work with multiple teams and have multiple managers to report and hear the directions (and not consistent). Higher level believes that AI can do everything even if they don't really know what is AI. 401k has no company's contribution.

Pros

High growth company with potential to make a huge impact on the multifamily market.

Cons

it's extremely fast paced so things can pivot quickly. it's definitley startup mode with lots of flexibility required. new leadership has come into key roles and they've made some changes, most of them for the better. European team can create some time zone conflicts and make it difficult to align, but that comes with a global company.

Pros

Flexible PTO policy on paper

Cons

While Radix positions itself as a forward-thinking company, the internal culture and leadership often contradict that image. Despite being in a client-facing, people-first industry, employee support and morale are consistently deprioritized. Communication from leadership is inconsistent, and strategic decisions frequently lack transparency or follow-through. There’s a pattern of disorganization that trickles into nearly every department, and change management is poorly handled. Employees often take on responsibilities well outside of their role without additional compensation or recognition, creating burnout and confusion around expectations. Career advancement feels arbitrary. Feedback channels exist but rarely lead to meaningful change. Although the company promotes itself as flexible and forward-thinking, employees are still required to be in the office, which contradicts the “AI-first” messaging and adds to the unspoken pressure to always be available and prove your worth — even at the expense of your well-being.
