Excellent benefits, Solid base pay and total compensation packages, accrual beginning day 1. Flexibility with scheduling
Cons
Work /life balance is abhorrent, the retail component turn over is extremely high, difficulty attracting quality employees for either side of the business. Unable to take paid holidays off. Difficulty taking PTO of any sort beyond a day or 2. No real growth opportunities beyond store management. Business seems to be contracting.
