Great place - Director Radisson Hotels Americas Employee Review

Hybrid work schedule and weekends off.

Nothing that stuck out. I moved on for different work.

The hotel design is nice.

The pay is way below market rate for a hotel located in downtown Chicago. Management is....without for lack of better words. The assistant manager at this location is young, unexperienced, and racist. Hotel hours are bad in general, however there should be more options other than 3-11pm. The benefits are garbage though they will tell you it's "great". They will lie straight to your face like it's nothing! The point system is dated and a horrible way to run a business, but then that explains their astronomical turnover rate. There's plenty more cons, but bottom like DON'T WORK HERE!
