Pros
Mostly great people who are just there to get paid and not cause drama. Entry level employees, most team leads, and the process engineers anyway.
Cons
Depending on what team you land on you're either ignored unless you mess up, desperately short staffed with no support, or short staffed, treated like a tool, and get constant mandatory overtime despite the company's laughably ironic motto: 'No matter what happens, life comes first's Corporate policies are designed to work against the average employee, so don't expect a raise, ever. Management is utterly obsessed with what they call employee growth. What they actually mean is "We demand you learn more skills so we can shunt you to whatever team is short handed today, with zero notice or heads up, and pay you a tiny pittance more. Be grateful!" I hope you like pizza parties. And awkward group lunches where management wonders out loud why people aren't more excited to work there while blatantly ignoring questions about wages.
