Pros
The company overall has a very strong culture and has multiple opportunities to directly contribute to the community. All new hires can expect a very welcome environment, where you're exposed to other people and departments via initiatives from HR, so it doesn't feel like you're being thrown in with no support.
The workplace has a playful, colorful, and open-air vibe, as do many employees here, while maintaining professionalism and high expectations for one another that help you grow and face challenges, but are not too overwhelming (or, if they are, it's easy to get help and support.
The interview process for me was also not that overwhelming, and it's clear to me that they value the process and journey as much as the results, or they wouldn't have asked me to write an essay about my successes and failures. It's very much behavioral.
Cons
I think experiences may be very different depending on department, from what I heard.
