Bonus is good but base salary low & increment too slow!!
Cons
Workload is distributed unfairly. I given responsibility to manage 2 site, while same position like me at different branches manage 1 site. I got nothing to compensate the difference. Management's blind & superior has no gut to fights the fairness.
