Pros
The WFH option is incredible. We come in a few times a month now, but with flexibility to come in more if we need/want to. Health benefits are decent, 401k has an alright match. There are also some really good people who work here, from the front desk to the managers.
Cons
Pay was decent when I first got here, but it stagnates quick especially when you have inflation as bad as we do. There is no adjustment to the raises to compensate for economic turmoil. There is also a severe lack of upward mobility here as well as a total lack of training opportunity. If you want to learn anything, you need to go out on your own and figure it out without any internal assistance. The promotion stuff is a bigger issue considering not everyone wants to stay in the same position for 20 years. Also, we've been through like 5 CEOs and 2 or 3 CFOs in 5 years. Hopefully Laura sticks in the role long enough to make some change. We need some stability at the top and some generosity for the bottom.
