Pros
Working from home. Pretty good about allowing you time to adapt to the fast pace work style. While navigating like 10 different systems. With just a few days training and a disorganized chat assistance team.
Cons
MAJOR CON* Was mislead about the position being a permanent … Among many others, I was laid off right after Christmas with no warning….. Other Cons* Very little training time as well as poor trading in general. Especially considering everything you’re required to learn and know to do this multifunctional job, effectively and efficiently. After about 2 weeks, I started to feel like I could assist the customers better. Even though 2 of the most important systems needed, I couldn’t access bc I never received the proper credentials. Also the chat support team would rarely respond to a question I had. And if they did, they’d just post a link with articles that were structured very unorganized.
