Did not pay agreed upon wages worked Declining money to buy anything HR runs the operation, everything has to go through HR even what units are ran for the day. No appreciation from management Took my 15% away for working bad hours on weekends Supervisors know the decline of the company and are browbeat into not talking Brought temps in to replace 10 year full time workers Management lies in meetings, nothing happens that they say Management doesnt work any hours, they are never there They forced out 2 of my favorite supervisors by giving them the same Performance writeup. one told me that they copy and pasted it with wrong info on it. Not a place you want for a permanaent employment. use them for temp work if you need them write ups are unfair when they give them out they dont give someone who has more attendance points but some they do. only hiring outside management who do not know what they are doing when they come out on the floor. My supervisor was turned down 4 times for a management job but they hired someone with a degree who had no experience in warehouses. New manager treated people really bad. the environment is really bad, everyone hates coming to work and talks about it every day everywhere in the building when you can find a manager, they tell you what you want to hear and then do not get back with you or they lie to you
