Pros
I have benefits that I can afford. If you're wanting to stay at an agent level, it is a great way to make extra money.
Cons
Management only cares about their budget (so don't be surprised if they ask you to take on more tasks with no compensation, it has happened to me on more than 1 occasion). Lack of morale. There's no communication between upper management and supervisors or agents. You are not valued and your opinions do not matter. Management has no regard for your personal life (referring to administration and upper management). The company has had several layoffs over the last year and a half, but you're fine if you haven't been there long term or if you don't start making too much money (you're usually terminated once you've been there 10+ years or make anywhere close to 50k/year, unless you're upper management).
