Nothing much.Enthuiastic fresh college graduates join to get some experience.All mostly leave in a year or two though.Company in that way does a noble service of fresher training ground.

Worst management,bad culture,one man family show,keeps grudge, highly vengeful, selfish,poor salary,long work hours,less personal growth,7 am to 5 pm baby sitting work,aged and outdated thought process, nothing new to learn,outdated and fossil technology
