I have work with Radco for over 5 years. The Rademachers are the most caring owners I have ever had the pleasure of working for. They truly care about their employees and that means everything to me. Some things that are great about the company, 2 weeks vacation to start, 3 weeks of vacation after 5 years, 4 weeks after 10 years. They offer 2 sick days to every employee. They also have a referral program where you can earn up to $750 if you recruit new employees. New employees can receive $250 after 3 months of employment. Every year they have a Christmas party for all of the employees and their families. The employees and each of their children receive a gift and there will always be a Santa there to wish each child a Merry Christmas. Its a family business and it truly shows because they are family to me.

Business has been rough financial for the past few years. BUT that being said, the employees currently in place are performing in an outstanding manner and I see the company's success growing significantly in the upcoming years.
