Pros
1) Lots of opportunities to advance. You can start as an Account Executive and end up as Director or President. They take care of their employees with internal promotions as well. 2) Our RVP Ian is a machine! He is an endless source of knowledge paired with laser-focused strategy. His ability to focus on the big picture while keeping track of all the details in each account is a quality you don’t find in most bosses. Essentially, he is not too big for your client problems. He has a line of sight on everything and can offer solutions/guidance should you need. 3) Plenty of free food. I debated putting this as number one. 4) Though our boss (Ian again) has high expectations for each of our teams to provide excellent work for our clients, he keeps the office fun and exciting. There is a family-like workspace where, when appropriate, there’s lots of laughter and great moments. This is important for people who have had leaders that they’re afraid of, or a workspace where you’re not allowed to be yourself.
Cons
On-boarding process is lacking. Training is old, boring, and outdated. We could benefit from newer/hands on training that get's employees excited about joining or moving up.
