Pros
- Very understanding of employees if you are in situations - Great work life balance - Allow you to work from home - yearly company bonus is always nice! - Private Medical Care - Good pension with Aviva - Get 2 hours a week of training - Get 100 hours of volunteering hours
Cons
- The quarterly fun budget is only £25,i believe it used to be higher, 50 before then 75 so a bit sad I missed out when it was at that level! - No gym.... Again, used to be free gym as part of the benefits, but now it's not an option
