I was top employee month after month and received employee of the month multiple times. When it came to reviews or pay increases or evaluations they are non assistant. You are supposed to feel grateful for the opportunity in managements eyes and they make sure you know that. If you want to talk about any thing job related be ready to pay the price, If you give advanced notice you will be let go on the spot.
