No structure. No organization. No communication. The owner is a joke! She micromanaged everything. It was always her way or no way. Nobody would ever stand up to her for fear of loosing jobs. The Bailey family grew up with gold spoons in their mouth. They had no respect for anyone. They had no clue how to treat people or have any compassion for people less fortunate than them. Everything they ever did was about them and how much money they could make. They pay the employees on the floor like garbage. They have a very high turn over because of it and don't understand what goes into training new people all the time. No bonuses for anyone except management!! If you're lucky you might get a 25 gift card for Christmas. They have a "party" that consists of the cheapest gifts and as little money as they can spend. Management is just like them because they get the "extra" incentives that just regular employees don't. Management will not stand up for what is right because they are going to sit back and line their pockets also.
